Formosa Trading Australia Pty Ltd offers a limited 7 Year Commercial and Domestic Warranty out of the box. As an extended Warranty period in Australia, inclusive of the 3-year Warranty by manufacture.

Formosa Trading Australia Pty Ltd warrants only the entire JTC Omni Blender Base only excluding the drive socket to be free from defects in materials and for a period of 7 years from Date of Purchase. The Warranty is from the date of purchase when used in accordance with the accompanying instruction booklet. Due to high wear and tear in Commercial conditions we do not offer a warranty for other parts.
2. WHO CAN SEEK WARRANTY COVERAGE
This warranty is extended by Formosa Trading Australia PTY LTD as called in this document "Formosa Australia", to the owner at the time of purchase of the JTC Omni Blender machine for Commercial & Domestic use only. Should ownership of the blender machine change during the warranty period, please update the blender machine's owner information at www.formosaaustralia.com
3. WHAT IS COVERED
Formosa Australia warrants to the owner that if the blender base unit, excluding drive socket of their blender machine fails within the warranty time period defined in Item 1, above due to a defect in material or workmanship or as a result of normal wear and tear from ordinary commercial use, Formosa Australia will, within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, repair or replace the failed base excluding drive socket or component part of the base free of charge. No issues. Or Formosa Trading Australia Pty Ltd will, by its own discretion swop the Blender Base unit entirely with a new like for like same Model, JTC Omni Blender Base. With warranty as above extended within the existing period left of the original 7-year period only. This means no or little disruption to your business. Keep in mind freight times vary and is not Formosa Trading Australia Pty Ltd responsibility upon receiving the old unit, a new blender unit will immediate dispatched dependent on outward Freight times.
4. WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This Warranty does not cover cosmetic changes that do not affect performance, such as discoloration of parts of the product in the hands of the user or the effects of the use of abrasive cleaners or food build up or JTC Omni blender unit by submerging in water or washed with excessive water used to clean, will not be warranted or considered defects.
This warranty does not cover the supplied jug, blades, Blade Adapter drive socket, lid, rubber cushion, lid plug, or tamper nor cover if the JTC Omni Blender base unit is submerged in water or Dishwasher or Glasswasher Machine is used to clean and Excess Liquid is applied to cleaning the Blender base. Formosa Trading Australia Pty Ltd will not be responsible for the cost of any unauthorized warranty repairs including repairs made by licensed appliance repairers without expressed written approval from Formosa Trading Australia Pty Ltd.
This Warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear, Drive socket, Cutting Blade, Jug and lid. (e.g., scratches, fading, etc.). Do Not Wash Jugs, Cutting Adaptor in a Dishwasher, Glasswasher or Commercial Dishwasher. Causes Damage to Seals and Bearing. Voids Warranty and Good will by Formosa Trading Australia.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, neglect, or failure to follow proper operating instructions. Submerged in water or excessive water to clean spills, warranty is voided.
Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications or broken seals.
Damage caused using accessories or components not provided by Formosa Trading Australia Pty Ltd.
Products used outside their intended personal or commercial purpose and use.
Accidental damage, including but not limited to fire, liquid spills, or other external causes. Hot Water cleaning Not To Be used.
5. JUG CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To maintain the appearance and extend the life of the jug and blade bearing assembly for commercial use, we recommend the following cleaning method after each use:
Rinse the jug with tap water. Add a few drops/dash of soft detergent with 300ml water, run Pulse x 3, then rinse twice with clean fresh tap water.
Do not wash in a Dishwasher, Glasswasher, or Commercial Pass-Through Dishwasher — see Section 4 for details on how this affects warranty coverage.
6. WHAT VOIDS THIS WARRANTY
Abuse, misuse, negligent use, alteration of the machine, exposure to abnormal or extreme conditions, or failure to follow the operating instructions or if the JTC Omni Blender Base' Seal is broken, will void this Warranty. This warranty is also void if repairs to the machine or any component part of the Machine are performed by someone without prior expressed written authorization by Formosa Trading Australia Pty Ltd or if any component part of a machine subject to this warranty is used in combination with a motor base or container that is not expressly a branded JTC Omni Blender part. Warranty is also void, If the machine is continued to be used after faults and issues have been identified or excess water or submerged in water for cleaning, warranty is voided. Dishwasher, Glasswasher machine, Commercial Pass-Through Dishwasher, the Jugs and or Blade Adapter voids warranty claims or refunds.
7. HOW TO OBTAIN RETURN AUTHORIZATION UNDER THIS WARRANTY
In the event that the JTC Omni Blender base or any component part of the base needs service or repair, please immediately contact us at www.formosaaustralia.com. Ph. 0450 128 883. By Email: formosaaustralia@outlook.com. Please ensure you have full details including the Serial Number.

The purchaser will be asked to provide a Date of Purchase and Proof of Purchase of the JTC Omni Blender.
If the JTC Omni blender is and was Not purchased from: Formosa Trading Australia Pty Ltd, warranty is void and only a repair can be offered at an agreed rate for the repair and an invoice paid upon receipt for cost of the repair to your JTC Omni Blender. Together with Freight fee will be an additional cost to be paid for a JTC Omni Blender base to be repaired and returned to your location in advance or a JTC Omni Blender base same model will be Priced as a replacement new blender Base only with warranty.

This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any dispute arising under this Warranty shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia.
